i think this is probably common for most people with a 4x4 there is definitely a huge learning curve for people who have never been off road before i have helped as many people in the bush as i could and i cant say there was any set pattern to what they where driving im glad you helped him tho i hope good karma is there for you when you need it as well !

I pulled out of Jer's and Dorkas ruts in the snow while they were stuck and strapped together then passed them in a Jeep


that being said, we all had to learn some how

haha.. i actually remember that. Dirka could not pull me out, I ultimately took the strap off and just worked my rig until it drove out.. There is a picture around some place of it...

but yes UU we all had to learn. but could you imagin being stuck in 8" of snow going down hill in an open open jeep with good tires?
