rock sliders

hey i was wondering if some one could build me a set of rock sliders for my 97 ranger ext cab. im getting tired of denting my rockers

i just bought the pre made trail gear ones for my explorer they were the perfect fit even tho they were made for a toyota

buy the time u buy the tubing its almost cheaper expecialy if u have to pay some one to fab them up

21 feet is 54 buxs.... what maybe 16 for a ranger?

if i bought two sticks of tubing to build my sliders it would have cost more plus the labour and welding materials my sliders pre made were 180

I get what i want/make, but then it's cheap for me having the tools and the labour in hand.

I have a bender, notcher, plasma cutter, welder, bla bla bla and I still just buy em for 180 bucks. Just not worth the time to make em imo

But if your not working or have lots of time on your hands save a bit of cash and make them yourself

i would make them but i have no fabbing skills . i was looking at getting some trail gear ones but as far as i know i have to extend the bars going to the frame because the ranger frame in narrower then the toyota frame.

the main legs that weld to the frame come about 6" or more longer then needed for a toyota, im sure they would be long enough for a ranger

also the legs arnt welded on so u sould make new ones if needed but i think there more than long enuff
