93 ranger question

the gf has a 93 ranger and we have a 97 exploder donorboth 4.0l question is are the motor mounts the same and is there any issus with the: wiring harrnes between the 2 and or any other issus to look out for ?

right off the top 93 is OBD1 and 97 is OBD2.

camshaft sensors maybeee??? check your manuals. I swapped a 93 exployer motor into my 94 mazda. The wiring was different. I just swapped top ends and such and now its working.

thats what i figured maby we can talk her into a carbed 302 she dosnt ever have to drive far

93-94 are the same they changed it up in 95 but i like the 302 idea but go all out a fuel inject it.

true nuff. do like the idea tho but prolly better off to get a 4L that is OBD1 and overhead valve. should 5.0 the sploder

na took long enuff for the full widtg swap i wanna go wheelin hahah not wait anouther year maby monday it will be road worthy prob gunna paint it timorrow
