the belt in the 94 and 95, wasn't better, it was just a different design. went from a 60k mile belt to a 100k mile belt.

well, under the hood, it has a sticker saying timing belt done at 150 k, so i guess thats good, and i NEVER downshift, id rather replace brakes than a clutch

If you down shift properly, ie. by matching your engine and trans speeds, you will never harm your clutch and you will enjoy driving more I guarantee. Just change you damn timing belt; it's got 100,000 kms on it.

i should really deal with this coolant leak, and timing belt... but i think the typical jeep coils and upper a arm in the near future, maybe a body lift(which i hate, but i dont feel like sasing yet) and some 33's. seems pretty cheap that way, untill i break it.
