That bike will flat out rip! Just hang the fuck on, tight.
While they are making Macio's again (and i think they are even in the original factory) don't think parts for yours will be available from them, but hopefully i am wrong.
Hopefully you will find someone with some NOS parts.
I am curios if there are two spark plugs in that head.
If so you may want to find a jake brake for it, will make starting much easier and just awesome for compression braking.
What are you looking to get for the bike?

tere was a bike shop on london ave in missiom
belive it was mission motorsports
they dealt in alot of obscure bikes jawa
can am not sure if hes still there was in the industrial complex where the stop shop is
down one of the sides

dont know what im looking to get out of it, after i rebuild it if it runs good ill throw it onsale, as ugly as it looks, its fkin mint.original Maico tires, rims, chain everything. Price will depend on running condition. only missing the plastic fenders and side cover. All i really want is a reliable bike, easy to find parts, like 2000 or newer yamaha or honda.

well, Cleaned the carb, this baby had flourecent yellow gel in the gastank, and crap erywhere in it. nice spider nest on the venturi/needle valve. seems like the engine might have shit in it too, looks like its full rebuild time.
