newer 4.8 engine in to 95 Tahoe

I know I can get an intake manifold to run it with carb or TBI
I know my 4L60E will bolt right on
question is would the engine bolt on to frame or would the mounts have to be modified?

if ur gonna do that just keep the EFI it will save u more in fuel if that is the reason for putting in such a small motor but yea its the same as swapping in the 5.3L ,5.7L, and 6.0L LS motor swap
