Headhights on a Tracker

The headlights on my 1990 GMC Tracker, are always wet from condensation, I've taken them out several times, cleaned and dried them out, but even when there is no rain for days they still collect condesation, I don't drive through deep water/puddles etc. any body got any good suggestions? I mentioned it to a friend who said his Buddy had the same problem with a Ford. Any thoughts to fix my problem???.
