454 trade

K I'm looking at the exact truck I want but it has a 454 in it is there anyone who would be willing to put a fresh 350 into it and take the big block?

Not wheelin it goin for fuel economy don't need to have a pig big block some one can have them selves a nice motor just gotta slap a fresh 350 in my truck

how fresh of a 350 and who's putting it in? and what year is the 454 and how fresh is it?

what yr 454 and why not just go propane its cheaper then gas and you keep the big block?

88 swiched to carb 454 fairly fresh runs excellent. fairly fresh 350 and if u want it u drop the 350 in i will be there to help out tho

and i am considering the propane but dont kno if i feel like doing the convert

I have a fresh and strong 350 carbed as well as a tbi one that might work for you.

so your saying you already have the 350 to drop in you just want someone to take out the 454 and put your motor in and they get to keep the 454 right?

i'd go with propane its a easy conversion and you get to keep the 454 power buddy has a 454 on the pane tow truck and he out pulls my diesel on hills with a load

If you think you're going to get better gas mileage with a small block, think again. Do yourself a favour and leave it in there if it's in good shape.
