Lift recommendations?

alright guy another noobie question for yea. i just removed my 3'' body lift that was in the truck previous to buying, i hate body lifts and it was a bitch to remove but anyways its now sitting on ES polyurtherane bushings... Question to you guy is it dropped my truck quite a bit, wondering what you guys would do to lift it, i was thinking shakleflip rear higher springs front, it would be nice to get rid of those blocks in the rear, whats your guys 2 cents!
thanks again

jord

trim first, if it still needs to go up, doing a shackle flip and mount adjusments would work
