custom rear leafs vs. shackle & block

hey guys, i just picked up a ranger with a sas d44 front with 6" coils, figuring out the best way to lift the rear. do i get shackles and blocks, or get some leafs made up? opinions? thanks

blocks are cheap but there are isues with axle wrap id go with springs and maybe a shackle flip

shakel reversal will gain u bout 4-5'' just mount it a lil lower on ur frame to get it where u like it..

been doing some reading lately, and im wondering if the shackle flip will work on a ranger? most of the posts i've found are from people doing it on a fullsize, the ranger forums talk about using this to lower their truck. any ideas?

depends what way shackles are faceingif spring and shackle is above mount
shackle flip will work

naw, on a ranger the spring is below...so i guess maybe some belltech6400 shackles and make a bigger leafpack....should give me my 6 inches...hopefully.. thanks

use a ft spring mount in the rear they sit lower than frame
had skr jacker softride 6 inch springs in my f250 great flex
and awesome ride
