I just buy the 20 dollar jobbies from Canadian Tire or Wal Mart. They last almost 2 years each. For 600-800 bux for a single BBQ, you could supply yourself with a new BBQ every 2 years for 60 - 80 years!

I'm tired of expensive BBQ's that you have to find fix-it parts for.

If you stick to the NON chinese barbecue's you can find parts no problem.

you are also not going to find a BBQ for $20 that will do a good job cooking your . (unless you buy a Charcoal portable bbq with some good grates.)...if your going to buy those you might as well just buy the Charcoal and put them into a tinfoil bowl and put a cooking grid over it

My point is you don't HAVE to look for fix-it parts for a $20 bbq. You just buy another one.
It's the same old thing...you get what you pay for... But for 6-800 bux, I'd rather have a burger that tastes pretty good instead of a burger that tastes like 800 bux.

Well if you look at it that way you would be the type of customer for to buy the Chinese BBQ’s because for the price they look good and will do a pretty good job of cooking your ….but they are pretty much disposable anything goes wrong with them you toss it out and buy another. You can get into one of those bbq’s for about $500

….and there is no such thing as a $20 house bbq…but I understand the point you are trying to make.

Sure there is. But I think it went up to 21 bux...

I guess I mean the table top kind. You can still easily fit 12 burgers on it. Or 6 steaks, or...

Obviously, if you have a lot of house parties, and feed a lot of people, you need a more substantial BBQ. Mine works well for what I use it for. It fits to a full size BBQ tank via the 'tree'. Then I just toss it in the truck for camping trips.

$22.46 at Wal Mart.

I usually buy mine when on sale, which is usually under 20 bux.

Anyways, when I have a deck worth putting an $800 BBQ on it, I'll look you up.
