Question cooling system

I am working on Kimmy's zukie thingie which has some sort of vitara Fuelinfected engine in it.

Long story short, it's overheating.

Changed the thermostat, nothing.

Checked the W/P.....ok

Pulled the rad and flushed it....seems ok but impossible to know for sure.

Are there any secret air bleeds on this engine ?

I'll post some pictures of it.

Thanks.

I had an airlock in mine once after replacing a line and refilling from the rad cap. Pouring excess rad fluid into the overflow resevoir seemed to solve the issue for some reason.

The aftermarket electric fan works fine.

Belt was tight on w/p.

No heat through the heater core, even when the system is at operating temperature...

Take the rad in for a flow test,I had one that you could run a garden hose thru
but when i had it tested it was only 30%

Not having hot water in the heater core at temp seems to be a problem, try bypassing heater core and see if that affects running temp

Nice motor setup in the sami
