pretty easy to do. just time up the engine first to TDC.
if you have an impact take the cam pully of with that. 17mm memorys servs the front cover is held on by 12mm or is it 10mm.. losen the cam pully adjuster. take of the timeing belt ( replace that if it's old and you dont know when its beeen changed last)
Since your in there that far do the crank seal as well. Its only anothr 5 bolts on the front of the crank, allen key's for those.
basically follow the book and take you time.
