I was in a 22' triple pontoon boat with a 135hp Honda 4-stroke earlier this summer. Wasn't so bad, could prolly do 36-38mph, but is a totally different drive than any other boat I've ever driven. Handles like a shopping cart. All depends on what you want I guess... Can get almost any engine on them now. On the lake close by here, theres a couple with stern-drives and one for sure with a 225 outboard. I think one of these and a jet-ski or 2 of some kind would be ideal... You get the cruising party, and the ripping it up fun shyte too! There are also deck-boats too, if you still want some handling and whatnot... Basically just a regular v-bottom boat with a big deck on top rather than the usual cockpit arrangement.

oooo i like the landing boat idea too. think landing boats a re good but get a better party on pontoon boats. nice to see lots of options tho

hey ive had mine for a couple of year's and i love it pulls a skier or tuber no prolem with several people on board . 14 to 16 people seated comfortably it does 45 with the 4 stroke 115. super stable fishin platform and tones of storadge bathroom runing water sink sterio its geat in the river to. you can come out on mine next week and check it out if you want.
