What to do on Bowen Island?

I've got relatives in town from Holland and I'm taking them to Bowen Island tomorrow. I've never beent here, so I'm wondering if anybody can suggest some great spots to visit on the island? We're packing a lunch as well, so a nice scenic spot to have lunch would be great. Thanks for any input!

Those would be my first choices, but my relatives are of the geriatric variety, I'd hate to rattle someone's hip loose while wheeling!

funny how the mere mention of the word 'geriatrics' makes you think of those three things TheJay.

when you get off the ferry go to your right , there is a trail that takes you to a lake its about a 3 hour walk ( i think) around the lake it is very nice, there is also a hike up the mountain to the left of the bay . and another trail that takes you to some nice spots
