Yeah there's no change in the inspection manual...still need flares and flaps. Talking to the CVSE officer at my shop last week and really it's all up to the guy with the ticket book in his hand and what he wants to look at that day but flares, flaps, windshields and lights are definatly gonna get thier attention and most definatly make them take a second look. Honestly I like my windshield the way it is so if they want to make you put them on I'm all for it. I don't see why you wouldn't what are you worried it will look ugly?
