front wheel bearings and u joints

which brand wheel bearings and front axle u joints have you used and had good luck with?

through my work I can get ac delco front wheel bearings for just under $200.
are they any good?

For Ujoints only spicer, ac delco and precision suck balls
For wheel bearings I say XRF or F.A.G, dont go cheap or you will be replacing them soon

I have Timken on my rig. Bought them off rock auto for around $200 a piece. Lordco wanted over $400 for the same ones.
Moog U-joints have held up so far, only ones I could get at the time. 2 years so far.
