Winching with a hi lift jack

This is the best I could do,msybe it will help a few wheelers. I apologize. That I can't physically demonstrate the technique as I'm sidelined with sprained left knee and risk te injury.

There are plenty of Hi-Lift recovery videos,self winching videos out there, this is only meant as a basic method to get you home and is by no means a professional approach.
