insurance

i got a question for you guys

as soon as u leave a marked road

onto gravel to what extent does your insurance cover you ?








another question

as a NEW driver if your offroad and your insurance does not cover you
and your off a marked road

will the NEW driver rules apply ?

due to the fact your offroad on a unmarked road

and have one extra person in vechile ?

is it legal when im offroad and have an extra person

or due the rules apply ?



i got a ticket up at stave the other day in the middle of but fucking now where and got a ticket for one extra person ?


should i dispute or pay


does anyone know

any help would me much apprecatied

i wrote my car off on a gravel road in August and it was covered under my insurance

just take your N off the back and they will never know.

I used to wheel my sidekick without insurance when i was 15, didn't even have my L, drove threw a road block and they never even looked twice, didn't even stop me, my pants didn't smell to good after seeing that around the corner tho...

all roads at stave are marked roads or are fsr in which are still marked roads so in other words you are S.O.L>

Stave Lake which is Burma rd and most of the other FSRs in the area are recognized public rds and are subject to regular traffic laws, I believe you are pretty much SOL on the ticket.

there site aint say shit

and they tell me to phone law dogs and they say they dont now call motor vechile brand

Take it as a lesson document it for yourself keep the proof they charged you and it held up meaning laws and insurance applies offroad and use it to your advantage when you write off your car or truck off road and they try to screw you.

You can not plead ignorance.When you sign on the dotted line for your license you are saying you have read and understand the motor vehical code.
unless your license is signed "non asumptive,all rights reserved" and that doesnt fly anymore.
