Arrow Changeing the serpent belt on a 3.1 V6

i am wanting to change the serpeant belt but i can't seem to figure out where the adjuster is? any help be greatly appreciated.

if it's anything like the 2.8 serpentine belt it has a spring loaded adjuster. you need a 14mm to move the idler off the old belt and then slide in the new one. release the bar on the tesioner and it will automatically adjust the tension for you.
