I have lots of old wheeling pictures.... will try and get the scanner working.

Approx 1989. This is my 1972 Jimmy at Jones Lake.... This is the trail into the camp grounds.

1952 Chev (got it when I was 12) put it on a 69 Chev 1/2 ton, 307, 4 speed, Rockwell T/C, 12 bolt rear 4:11 with factory Detriot locker. Hall Cr, off Hwy 33 near Beaverdell 1982

my GPW was used on the Alaska hyway during WWII.
After the war , vehicles were abandoned in large groups out in the bush.
Some guy found it up there in the early '60s & my grandfather bought it as his daily driver in the mid '60s.

This is about 1982-1986 some where in there, the place is Mission Raceway.
It's my old man (Craig) the Jeep is a 1970 CJ5 with a 600 hp 302 chev in it, it would run 100 yrd sand drags in 4.2 - 4.4 secs

Mine is long gone [16] Sold it in 94 and the last I remember the dude that bought it beat it harder than I did...:confused0006: I did see it around abby for a few years but I think 01 or 02 was the last I say of it[j]
