i want to relocate my intake, im wondering what others have done to join to the factory air box with the rectangular hole.

my buddy had a 1990 F-250 with a 302. He ran some Powerstroke intercooler piping back over to the firewall, cut a hole and had stick out the glovebox into the car. Sounded pretty awesome if you were ridin shotgun lol

why do you need to relocate it? and do you need the airbox still?

I plumbed this:
I used the stock intake piece that attaches to the rad support:
Used some super-bonder and RTV silicone to attach some rubber (from home plumbing fittings). I also put a metal sleeve inside the round end to keep the plastic from crushing when it was all clamped together:
And voila! The round peg is in the rectangular peg. :D
