95 F-250 should have a dana 50 ttb, look at the size of the u-joints. The spindles and brakes are the same as the d-60.Better springs and ball-joint camber bushings will fix er up.

What size are on it right now? My stock 93 F250 has 33's and 3:55's with a 5.7L and she rolls ok. I think you're worrying too much.

the only reason i swapped out ttb was for strenght, there is nothin wrong with the ttb on the road. a small lift should be fine

what year dana 44 would be a good swap for a 95 f250....

FU Toolbag
03-12-2009, 07:56 PM
None of them. Your f250 has a very wide spring perch location, so basicly, your left with the ford hp d60 as about the only option. And why go to a 44? for your stated uses, through in a 3" body lift, get some 33's and call it good.

no shit your stock set up will be fine!!! a know a few people that have rocked the ttb 50 and 38s no problem!
