looking if anyone knows where to get a good deal on some sand blasting or other type of media blasting , to do some diffs and other misc parts inthe langley area?[cheers] [cheers] [cheers]

u blast is in langley near the yamaha dealership down on hwy 10 near glover rd, i dun remember what its next to but its in that area on the left side, there pretty good, i did both my diffs and a bunch of other little things, only costed me 75 bucks, they charge by the hour too

there loaded diffs so a little heavy to work with in those little booths they have , he said $160 to do the both diffs, I drop off they do i t fo rme .. ??/

i took mine to u blast and they said no way jose'

they wont fit into there cabinets and apparently my diffs had to much 'grease and grime' and that it would clog there machines up:rolleyes:

so i took them to a guy in langley who sandblasts truck bodies, he did mine and got it done in 1.5 hour or so..120 cash. ask the guys at u blast, they should have his card its phil i think that does the truck bodies

seaside sandblasting and painting its a company i work for...we do big jobs like bcferries bridges etc..... but we can do small jobs as well music stand diffs a whole truck u name it give my shop a call and they might be able to help u out the address is

ya you have to clean off the grease and oil off the diffs before you blast them, I was able to fit both my diffs in but they were stripped except for the pinions

well the guy that did mine didn't say that or whine about the grease.

i had 1 tons sanblasted...alot bigger and fuggin heavier then the axles you probably fit in the cabinet

look up canadian auto blasting ,there 196th and 32 area ,
you can rent there sand blast booth. dosent mater if there dirty.
its a messy job though

try my shop they are a bit slow right now. might do it for a decent price since that is a small job....and we use silica sand since we have the grandfather clause.

I did my toyota hood in one of their booths for cheap. they said they will do work for u but for a bigger price.
