Ive found myself available to a 91 w250 drivetrain 360 auto (727 I think) and tcase unknown it is passenger drop tho.
Im thinkin of this for the scout somethin lighter and more modern then the old 345.
Will a 91 360 be FI if so iwhat type next what t case is it and is the tranny a 727 or will it be somethin else with OD (that would be real nice) how much power and torque does it make and whats the life expectancy this one has 200000 kms

depends what its out of.. would havea 208 t case possibly a 205 or 241 but remote.no overdrive 3 sopeed 727.. and all your guts from yours will interchange..would be a good upgrade for the snout

91 w250 will be old box dodge body so the T case will be the correct side drive for the snout and will either be a 208 or a 205 tranny should be a 727 3spd and the engine should be injected but probably throttle body, not multi port.

No matter what it would be an upgrade for the snout and probably not to hard to install, there is probably an engine mount kit to bolt it into the frame rails.

If ya need info on any acc. conversion shit for this Phillis let me know

throttle body injection should be an easy swap
is the tail shaft section of the tranny changeable to the scout one so I can keep the dana 20 tcase then I shouldnt need to redo my driveshafts

in the 91 w250 it should be an aluminium cased 241de passenger side drop the 360 will need a rebuild soon it should also be a tbi system (throttle body injection) you will need the computer if you wanna install it in something else.
the tranny is more then likely a 3 speed 727 unless someone has found a 4 speed 727 from a diesel and swapped it but thats doubtful.

W250 should be a 3/4T, I wouldn't be surprised if it has a NP205. The engine should be TBI. And life expectancy depends on how it was treated, if it was treated well it could easily have another 100+K in it. And I think the OD version of the 727 was called the 47RE. I'm not sure which one it would have.
