I have a new interest to the 4x4ing world. I thought it would be a good idea to get involved in some forums to find out the do's and don'ts of wheeling, just so I don't make dumb mistakes the first time round.

Cheers

Brent

Coquitlam on Eagle Mountain. I'm looking in to which truck to buy, Toyota has currently come out top on my mind but the rust on the older ones is a nuisance, any suggestions?

welcome to the insane asylum... make sure your straight jacket straps are fastened before entering... and dont piss off the "older" patients... they might get you while you're sleeping... enjoy your stay

Yeah I will probably buy a Toyota in the near future, just waiting for a older 4runner with low rust to fit my budget.

Thanks for the welcomes, Now since I don't have access to any of the forums, here's a quick question.. is it smarter to invest in really good tires or a winch?

Welcome! imho i would say buy tires or you'll spend more time pulling yourself out than wheeling! :D

but like Mulisha said..... tires, winch and lockers wil get you most places you need to go!

Beer & Tires & Winch & Lockers & Beer.

fixed it. You need beer to drink while you install the parts....duh:D

Also I was afraid the beer was going to run out.
