Well we went to Eagle Ridge today to see how far up the trail we could make it.

Right off the bat the old Garmin was pointing me in the wrong direction
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4057.jpg

There's a huge crevasse right by the entrance under the power lines

http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0609.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0610.jpg

:confused0006: looks like I've still got about an inch of room, time for some 36" MTRs :D
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4041.jpg

Tom's landcrusher just floated through the ditch with ease
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0614.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0613.jpg

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to have issues getting through it. Wil just about made it
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4062.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0616.jpg

But after a quick winch from Tom and his beast, he was on his way again
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4074.jpg

Indir went next, and yup.... he got caught too
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4080.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4087.jpg

These rigs are just about as nice as my exploder :D
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4093.jpg

The TJ was last, and after a quick winch we were off through the forest
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0623.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4108.jpg

The TJ had a few issues and had to be winched at one spot, and some creative rock stacking got him through another obstacle
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4128.jpg

He got as far as the pavement, but his open diffs kept him from getting any further up the trail. After another winch, we got him turned around and heading back out to the powerlines.

Of course the snow was no match for the mighty exploders, and we carried on our way :D
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4118.jpg

There were a few bare patches that made the going easier
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4142.jpg

http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0627.jpg

That didn't last long though. We caught up with Wil & Tom, and I'll tell ya, that land crusher can sure break trail. Nothing like the sound of it hitting the rev limiter echoing off the trees
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4157.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4166.jpg
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4172.jpg

That's about as far as we ventured, just around that bend we turned around and began the trek out. Everything was going great up until Wil's power steering gave up the ghost. He managed to armstrong his rig out though. Then Indir blew a tire off the bead.

http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4197.jpg

My MTR's say that their Durawall is puncture resistant:confused0006: Well a few plugs in it held the air and I was able to continue on my way out
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4194.jpg

After I winched myself through another good hole
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0635.jpg

Indir got him stuck staying too far to the right to avoid the trap that got me
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/IMG_4206.jpg

We made it, I see daylight ahead
http://i438.photobucket.com/albums/qq109/inder_photos/eagle%20jan18/DSCN0638.jpg

And we're out!

Had an awesome day. I've got videos of Tom breaking trail and will post them later when they've finished uploading.[36]
