I know your useing it slightly off road and for a future tow rig so I'd say keep it looking stock. Just my .02.

Theres lots of toyota trucks to put those on and run 37's.:D

Those fenders are VERY cool.
I personally think you should keep the stock look though as with the whole truck[cheers]
Build another truck later and use those fenders...
Very nice work[36]

Personally with al the work your throwing at this project, do it up stock dude....they are rare vehicles as it is so keep it normal lookin, it'll be that touch of class.

For a tow rig, I'd say go stock. You've put so much time and effort into redoing this trekker so might as well honour the trekker styling.

For what you are going to use it for, Stock, but i see your quandary.
Now, whats the deal with the fenders bub? And do you have rears to match?
Don't make me paint my truck a third time!

These fenders are for a customer in Alberta .. I just "threw" them on the Trekker just to see !!!! and it got me to thinkin' , hence the delima :)
I do have , or will have rears shortly .. I have 3 rear sets sold already for a while now , so I have to :) fronts have been in production more then a year .

I'd say you should at least enjoy it for a month or two once it's done considering all the time and effort you've put into it. Looks like you'll have er done by the time the snow starts to go, so tear shit up for a few weeks.

custom, then you can start nailing out some custom rears for the first gens as well. and if/when ya sell it, that might attract more people if they are looking to wheel it. my 2 cents

and heavy metal is just butt sore cause he drives an airplane, not a toyota

I guess as a business owner ... I'm just not aloud to consider selling my truck on this board ?

I doubt I will EVER sell this unit , as it's like my child .. I was just "pondering" the idea .. sheesh !!!!

put the fiberglass fenders on it. putting stock junk back onto a modified or rebuilt 4x4 truck is pointless, unless your looking to sell it.

I think you should put the flares on it, its custom and part of your business, plus it will look sick with those and 37's[36] I want to see the back half of the trekker with those flares:cool:
