Can it be done for temporary use?
Im swapping to a sterling and sas front but until i have my coils and trac bar and a few other things i need this truck drivable.
Having a hard time finding decent price on 5 bolt ford 15x10's or even 8's.
I only plan on running the 1/2ton stuff for another month or 2 max.
Sorry for the story just wanted to explain why i asked.

it can be done, its simple and easy, i had my 38.5x15s on a 7.5" rim, but i didnt wheel it... drove it around a bit is all, seemed fine.

How bad would it be to wheel it in the snow?

i wouldn't worry about it, on an 8" rim i wheeled the piss outta them and they were fine on and off the road. i mean your irocs are probably really only 11" wide so bleh 4" whatever.

Ya their site says they are only 11" wide. Ok well that opens the option of stock ford wheels. if i can find some.

i had 36 13.50 iroks on my old 4 runner and they were on a 8in rim and i wheeled it hard and never had any issues. just dont air them down dont want them to pop off be a pain to get back on the wheel.
