My 89 f150 is on a budget but I would like a locker in the rear. I have another f150 with a really strong posi in it I have thought about swapping them but a buddy said there are drop in lockers no changing the gears just pop it open put it in and go is this true? is it that easy? And if so where can I find some. Any other feed back on other coast effective ways to lock my truck up would be greatly appreciated.

lockrite or aussie lockers just fit inside your carrier replacing the side and spider gears

quite easy if you do most of your own mech work already
