Im wanting to start gathering parts to SAS my taco. Would a HP D44 Suffice for the front or would i be better off searching for a d60? Will the d44 hold up to 38.5" boggers? Ive been searching around but seeing as no one has really done any swaps on the 05+ tacos its kinda hard to find info. The one guy i talked to at demello offroad told me it can only be done using their axles which cost 9 grand or something stupid like that. Im wanting to run a shaved 14 bolt in the rear with a detroit and an arb in the front. My plan is to be ready for UA'11.
go 60 and be done don't fuck around with a 44 in the front if your gonna run a 14 bolt anyways do it once right ... 38's are the limit for a 44 if you play hard ...

Id go with a D60 to match the 14B, but are you planning on daily driving this thing, if so you may need some axle narrowing or some serious flares:eek:

I do plan on it being my DD. Im thinking im just gona go with the d60 and 14 bolt. My parents are getting me the glassworks unlimited flared fenders and bedsides for Christmas so that should hopefully help with covering the tires a little bit.
My biggest issue is going to be finding a way to make sensor simulators because apparently the suspension of these trucks is littered with sensors.
Any opinions on whether its worth the money to throw coilovers in the front instead of leafs? My truck already rides like shit now so i cant imagine it being any worse?

yeah but ive been fucked over by toyota already. they dont wanna warrenty anything. The Magnuson moss act should hopefully be my friend in a couple areas though. Ive got almost 53,000 kms on it since december so its not like my warrenty is gona last much longer anyways.
