If it only happens on braking, it would be drums/rotors or shoes/pads....unless your ball joints are about to fall apart.

warped or glazed rotor(S)

must be the back then cuz fronts are totally brand new.... thought it felt like the fronts...

If you feel it in the brake pedal its the front, if not then it's the rear....generally.

If you feel it in the steering its the front... Check how the disks are running out. anything more then .006 and you will feel it.

Drive at around 50 (In a parking lot) and slowly apply the park brake. If it does it it's the rear brakes.

dont apply your park brake, its a drum in hat setup and youll end up toasting the whole setup, park brake not service brake! as per brake pulsation, you replaced fr rotors with what? el cheapo's? if not then check rears. and look up the price on your oem ford rotors before youreplace them, much easier to have them turned.
