this has been on going for awhile now. ok . i have a 22r with a 3 core rad. my truck has not over heated nothing yet . but when i drive the truck for along or short drive the bottom rad hose never gets hot its cold hmmmmm? i have been scratching my head for a long time about this. i change the thermostat a few times . tryed different temp thermostats. the upper hose is hot , the heater hose going in to fire wall and coming out are hot but the bottom going back into the rad is cold.

but now if i was to pull the thermostat out and run it around the bottom rad hose gets warm . :confused0006: . my fan runs continiously. maybe chage to electric and get rit of the pulley fan.

if anyone has an idea or can lead me in the right direction . i am open to any suggestion.

has the water pump ever been changed ?

acidic antifreeze conditions will actually eat away the fins on the pump , hindering the "flow" .

Are you sure you burped all the air out of the system?
