I feel almost dumb asking this question, but how do you remove the front wheel on a 90' 4runner? Undid the lugs and the 6 12mm bolts... beat it with a hammer and tried prying with a pry tool and still nothing. idea's?

that crossed my mind for a moment ^^ I let it sit in wd40 for a hour and took the torch to it. Came right off with a bit of kicking and anger management after the aposing side came right off. I've never had troubles removing a wheel before... on anything.

I think I will ^ so far, every nut, bolt, wheel or intake either breaks when I undo it, rusted solid and wont come undone or decays upon me touching it. So far... i'm not impressed. Anti-seize is one of those things you never think to buy when at the parts store. I'll have to add it to my list.

At the shop I work at we have a 5Lb soft faced deadblow hammer for stuck on wheels, when that doesn't work, we also have a 10Lb sledge/bead breaking hammer, it usually works well just leave one nut on loose and smack the backside until she pops...works like stink

^^lol

on the 90 runner you have to pull the glove box and underside of the drivers dask. kinda a pita. prolly find out better instructions on the12volt.com in their forums.

Removal of the dash to get at the sterio is easy peasy!

Heres how to do it, I can get my whole dash out (including cluster) in like 15 mins...

-Remove 10mm bolt on bottom right side of glove box panel
-Remove screw on left side, bottom of the glove box panel
-Remove 3 screws on the top of the glove box panel ( open the glove box and you will see them)
-Undo clip on the upper right side and pull panel off, mind the speaker wiring ;)
- Remove ignition cover (it prys off)
- remove wiring clips for the clock, cig lighter and ashtray
- remove sterio surround.

All electrical connections go one way and one way only, you cannot screw this up :)

p.s I usually jack up the truck, leave two lugs on, sit down and kick with both feet.. Works everytime :D
