Anyone knows how to get longer CV shaft for tracker.
I heard people use Toyota’s and CRV's CV shaft....

Do I need to change the housing or gears?

Any help will be much appreciated [cheers]

There is a guy that makes a kit to install Yota cv's into Sidekicks/Trackers. When I get a little more time I'll find the info and send it to you[cheers]

you cut the flange off of another spare cv and use it as a spacer on the drivers side...

the green part, the flange on the drivers side cv, cut that off and bolt it inbetween the long side inner shaft and the CV

I'll probably be switching over to yota shafts sooner that later. If so I'll be building the conversion kit so if your sill interested when I do it I can build you a kit at the same time

do we have to change the locking hub as well? (if the toy tread is different)

I just lifted my front end 2" higher, that it was with the stock calmini springs. I wheeled it hard all weekend at Zuks on the rock and never had any problems with cv's. I will do a little more testing but I think that I may not have to go the route of Toyota shafts...Only time will tell

so you haven't change any thing on you front drive train??
So you just add 2" scpacer to the calmini 3" sus? that is what I am trying to do

I did not add a spacer what I did do was find a company out of Las Vegas that sells coil over springs, and I ordered a set. I ordered a 16" spring with a 550 spring rate and then cut it down. The stock calmini springs are crap and were shagged out. I then replaced the crappy struts that come with the calmini kit wit some OME ones. It rides SOOOO much better now than it did before. You will need to put the longer struts in to do this or the calmini ones will be maxed out. If you have any more questions feel free to ask[cheers]

Thanks,[cheers]
So your setup is 5" sus lift now (roughly)?
And could you give me that place in Vegas contact

Calmini front shocks really sucks, mine has sinked about 1.5"
