Well another me and Dave from work went on[36] [36]

He called me at 11pm on a thurs night and said "Wife let ya out for the day"

The day turned into a 24hr 820km ride threw the Cascade loop in Washington[15] [15] [15] We headed out from White Rock at 10am and threw the Abb. border. From there the destination was Winthorp, turn around and head back(half the loop)They is some incredible views on this loop and highly recamened doing it if ya never have.

When ya get to Winthorp,it is direstly below our Okanogen,it was 104f at 4 in the afternoon[36] [36] [36] Was like riding into a blow dryer:eek:

From winthorp we had a second buzz on and headed to Levenworth(sp?:o )cool little city...had a bit of a party at a pub where a 70 year couple were buying us shots[15] [15] [15] needless to say it was a funny ride back to the Hotel for the cab driver:D

We woke up in the morn'n and I mentioned to Dave that I had to be at work at 5pm,He called me a Idiot seeing as how we were 5hr's from the border:dontknow:

Well made it from Seattle to the border in 1hr 20mins:eek: and home by 1:30 pm with enough time to nap and hit work[36] [36] [36]

Hard to get pics when your riding, but here is some for ya[cheers]
AS some of ya know I am riding a bike desighned for race track only, pulling off 820km's in 24hrs is fuking painful, but I seem to keep pulling it off[36]

[5] Awesome [5]

Haven't done the Cascade loop ride in years. Winthrop and Leavenworth are cool places to visit. First time I did it I was riding a Yamaha RZ 500. The last time was in 1990 and I was riding a Kawasaki KLR 650. Would love to do it again.... I just need a bike now. :D

I took Rob on the Cascade Loop as our first vacation together, he'd never been. I had been when I was a kid ... I love leavenworth and winthrop! :) Rob really really enjoyed himself and couldn't believe the views etc. When we went it was during that really bad forest fire, but it was still beautiful [36]

Rob found out what a 'cadillac' drink is and that next time ... not to order a drink just cause it's got a car name HAHA (he couldn't drink it)

Best Road Tip Ever [36]

because that is actually a slow time for harris. there is traffic and vehicles travelling with him which slow him down.

balls out i give him a time of.................1 hour and 25 seconds.

I did that drive in July with the family and took 10 days to do it. It was a beauty drive that I'd never done before even though it's so close to us. We camped at Deceptions pass, Alta Lake by Wintrop, Pateros, Lake Chelan, Lavenworth, Wenatchee Lake and Seattle. We even toured a dam on the way, I'm shure you saw it. I'm planning to head back to Lavenworth for Oktoberfest, I can't think of a better place for it.
