hey this is the ending of my project.. just went to start it up and ive lost my key.. :dontknow: :mad0217: just finished a cab swap, new axles, 5" TG lift springs, nwor 4" rear springs, new arb lockers, new arb air compressor, 70 amp 1st gen alternator, 87 22r, 83 5sp, wide trac rear axle with disks.
waiting to build a new bumper to mount the old 8274.

why does it have to end? get a new ingnition and swap it out. takes a little messing around to get old one out without key but easily doable. and welcome. looks good so far

yeah but im heading down to rossland to work this week soo i have some down time to wait for histeer, cause apperently you cant put on the trailgear lift springs with out the drag link hitting the ubolts... shittyy

35"s??? its got 36" IROKs on it.. as for the colour.. i get to build it ... girlfriend gets to pick the colour... and hopefully when i get some time off ill get to start planning an exo.. just got the 100$ tube bender specail at princess autos.... [36]

yeah but im north of kamloops .. no first gens up here.. soo ive started collecting parts trucks... cause its a pain to drive to van every time i wanna buy something

nice,, ill have to stop by when i get back.. you got another rig yet? i was up all night putting all the new TG stuff on the night i got them, which also happened to be the night before i left for work..

with new everything basicly it was a frame, engine, gas tank, and exhaust.

when it came to putting the tires on, it was black out... but it had to be done.. right way or not.. almost done.:happy0045:

hey little update.. got a used first gen box.. front 14" travel bilstiens with TG shock hoops.. tires on the right way now, got the all pro ebrake on got a crappy old front driveshaft on, got the TG histeer on. still waiting on some arb parts to get the front and rear arb lockerz goin. still need duals.. and a high angle long slip driveline.

sick truck. from wat i've read on pirate your going to want to brace those shock hoops. better to over beef them than have them pull out

go to kms, and get some self exhausting air switches. 5 bucks each, no wiring harness, no solenoids to fuck up on you.
they also have a switch for an electric air compressor, as well as for about 100 bucks a compressor that it reliable for filling tires, just check the duty cylces.

thats a sweet rig! i use to have a 83 with a 6" lift and 35's till i rolled it doing doughnuts on the wet pavment lol oops
