After a long day of wheelin' on Sunday (see post) Monday was family day and we went out for a drive and saw the New bridge from the Langley Side. Back at home I took a look at some of the new bumps and scrapes I had. Just as I was about to settle down to the couch the post cam through about Dean being broke at Davis. Robo and I packed up and headed out..... mayby a bit too soon as we found out. We got there found out everything was good until morning. Rob and Walt went up Tuesday and helped pull out the broken adaptor and then waited for me to get off work.I picked up the new adaptor (Thanks Pumpkin) and supplies and headed out. I got there and the race started to get it in. Just when the transfer case was being lifted in some random dude shows up puts in the fron bolts while robo puts in the back bolts. Thanks again buddy. With BBB fixed it was out and off for home. Three trips to davis in three days and my body is killing me...... but well worth it to help out[36]

Could it possibly have cracked when ya did the dead stop on the stump.

How much compression slip on yer front drive shaft?

If it bottomed out on the stump stop it would have put huge pressure on the adapter housing

just a thought [cheers]

the recovery was actually a really good time....
It felt more like goin up to have eats and a fire than a recovery mission......
