I tried posting this in the Suzuki Tech Talk forum first but got no bites...anyone got some advice on the best method of doing a seat swap IE: do I try to pull the sliders from the old seats and out them on the new ones or just use the stock prelude setup and drill new holes in the floor?

I just picked up some Prelude seats and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to swap them into my 1990 Samurai. I am sure that there are more ways than one :dontknow: so I want to see if everyone can agree that there is a right way and a wrong way before I start hacking brackets and drilling holes.

I hope there are some good tips out there...thanks.[36] and cheers![cheers]

anytime I do custom seat mounts I remove the rails from the new seats and remove the rails from the original seats. Mount the rails from the original seats back into the truck car whatever and then figure my mounting of the ood rails to the new seats.
if our near richmond bring me some frosty bevies and I'll help ya out
