So early Saturday morning we took off for Blue River to meet up with my dad so my boy Aidan could see his PAPA and pick up his new dirtbike also so we could pick up one of our slaughtered cows in package form. It was a good trip and was nice and sunny on the way up but on the way down it was scattered showers but none the less nice. Here's a ton of pictures!! :D

theres actually a trick to the penny on the track thing, if you put just the penny on the track, it usually shoots off. so what you have to do is stick it to the track with a piece of duct tape and it will flatten nicely and stay in the same spot

Cool I never knew that :) I'll try that next time.. thanks Ty :D

Nice, I've never seen any of that part of the country. Need to put it on the to-do list!

Must definetly visit there.. not much to the town but a very nice scenic place with lots of trails and wildlife. We didn't have the Jeep so all we could do is look at the trails and sniffle a little ;)

nice pics, blue river is a lil bit past kamloops right???

From Chilliwack depending on how you drive and how many stops you take, it's about 6 hours. Kamloops is kinda the halfway mark... It's past kamloops and then on past Barriere, Clearwater and Avola. It's really a nice trip and during the summer we're thinking of taking another trip and doing some camping up there.. it's so pretty!! [cheers] Here's the map...

Good road trip, lots of trails to explore out there... Too bad I didnt have the Jeep or there'd be more pictures and probably some carnage but it would be WAY to much money in gas to get there. Relaxing trip and fun to just hang out and be silly.
