Grannie and me drive to Postil in my Toyota truck. Big trouble when we arrive - more overheating and engine stalling. Talk to Kim and Tony, Tyson and other off-roaders about more ideas to fix 22re motor. Tony suggested we check the all the wires and man driving white Cherokee jeep suggested checking plugs. Anyhow, not happy as I thought it was fixed. We changed the O2 sensor and the fuel filter, but need to do more. I can't drive it off road for more than one hour and then the motor shuts down.
I fed up but I keep - I love my Toyota truck.
Not anyone driving through the big swamp but we see ATV drivers having fun in the smaller swamp.

Grannie, Mom and me walk on Black Mountain. Cool land - great place for a cabin there. I find a coyote skull and backbone. I could live on that kind of land as a [redneck]Mountain man[redneck]- near the city but not too close.

If she's overheating you might want to flush the coolant system, replace the thermostat..burp the air out, etc etc.

Great pictures Taxi !!

Maybe your thermostat is shot ?
It could also be your temp. sender.

If you can drive it on the highway without it overheating, I would suspect a partially blocked rad. If you can only drive it for about an hour offroad, then I would suspect the water jacket in the block/head to be full of crap. If I was you I would pull out the frost plugs and flush the block out anyways. Be sure to get a coat hanger wire and poke around to get all of it out. (if the block has crap in it, it will look somewhat like sand. and is caused by not having good antifreeze in it, and or creek water for example.) Another thought... if its only overheating when 4x4'n is the clutch fan working properly?

btw never reuse frost plugs! Be sure to have some new ones before you pop out the old ones.

Exactly what he said ^ Check to see how much corrosion is in the rad, etc. I had problems with my cherokee for a faulty fan clutch.

Taxi, was this picture taken at the very bottom of black mtn? I think there used to be a house (now its a foundation) right behind the person taking the pic? Is there a upside down honda civic nearby?

No we were at the back end of that land. Not near the burnt out house. Not near any vehicle upside down.
