You are gonna need to do a knuckle conversion there is no where to mount "high steer arms" on the stock knuckles.

for my high steer crossover setup, i took the knuckles, caliper braket, stub axles and spindles from a mid 70's chevy dana 44. then used 78 F150 hubs/rotor, inner and outer wheel bearings. calipers from a 78 jeep dana 44.
i originally bought a flat steering arm setup from sky manufcturing in Oregon but cause i have spring over and the spring perchs are tall i needed a custom steering arm with 3" rise.
custom tie rod and draglink with chevy 1 ton TRE. steering links, raised arm and machining of knuckles was done by Phil at TDD in chilliwack.
