i go to napa and buy the gear oil for my rear end, and fill it up until you can stick you finger in the fill hole and feel the oil level with it, works best on a flat surface...

80 90 in the diff what tcase is it ?

its a 78 bronco with a 400ci in it and im not sure of the t case im thinking 205? it has the pto on it

SAE 140w gear oil, part time T-case 4 us pts, full time T- case 9 us pts

my manual says 80/90w for np205 part time

atf is for chain driven cases like the newer borg warners yo

been drivin 78/79 f-series for over 20 years t-case and diffs use 80/90

yes drive shafts are in ! took long enough! but i still dont have a way to get it up there... and just need to get the t case filled up and the rear diff topped up looks like it leaked a bit over the time it was parked and i got to get a new battery or 2.. lol and if i can afford it ill get the 456 gears and spools that i started paying for it be4 maylong then my tired ass moter will not have to work as hard haha and thanx for all the info guys i have no idea where my haynes is i lost it in storage and i knew i would get a quick answer from here
