/89 is IFS .... so a lift is not so easy ..
Trailmaster makes a lift for IFS , but they are faily $$$$ .. most guys will suggest a " solid axle swap " for the price of the IFS lift ..
all depends on your $$$$ .. and what you want out of your rig .
rear window is fairly simple .. I suggest buying a new rear skin http://www.toyotafiberglass.com/images/skin2_small.JPG from http://www.toyotafiberglass.com and fixing the rust holes on the door skin .. lots of lube on the "movable" parts , and hope your good to go .
