i found an ad here in Calgary for a 69 Bronco half cab....for $1500. I went to see it... the guy has 2 frames, one has a 44 front with 4.10s, the other is a 30( the one with the 30 was actually mine about 4 years ago!!) The frame with the 44 is stripped, sandblasted and ready for paint. He has the original 289, c4?, and Dana 20, and two 9s from EBs, hes also including a 92 5.0L HO, the tub is f**cked....lots of welding...could be fixed, comes with a back half of a half-cab. The doors are good, good front grille....no front fenders. The top of the half-cab looks good, windshield frame is good...no glass. Core support and firewall pretty much gone.
Sound like this could be an okay deal....or just junk? I know what good EBs are worth, but for a project..... I dunno.
I guess you could just look at all the parts.....with no body, with a top for a half cab, dash, windshield frame, doors, grille, then buy a fiberglass tub for $3800 USD......

Thats kind of the way Im thinking right now....It would be a cool ass truck once its done....it would just take awhile to do... but I dont weld so that would be a big issue. I wouldnt want it perfect, something to beat on, and full convertible for the summers!![36] [36]

Well, I think I decided against getting it. I tore into my 72 F250 this weekend, and that thing needs so much work....Ill focus on that one for now! Get it road and trail worthy first....got the new 37" SSRs on 'er on Friday, so Im a little more motivated to get it done[36]
