Just looking around for some fun places to go and play around the lower mainland/Fraser Valley that would would be mostly stock vehicle friendly (as all I have done to my vehicle is a small lift and tires).
So, is there anyone out there who would like to show someone new to this hobby around a little?
I'm sure there are probably other newbies or people with fairly stock vehicles who would be interested in some fun, but not overly treacherous trails?
Or is it just me?

I'm in Surrey, and I'm driving a 2001 Grand Cherokee with a 4" Lift and 32" Pro-Comp Muds. My friends used to go out and play, but as soon as I bought something to join them in, they all decided to have babies and their trucks are on the back burner as far as priorities go (And cash flow too)...

I've been out a little bit, but nothing too much worse then just off of the fsr's off the Coquihalla. But being I've only been out as a solo vehicle and didn't want to have to walk for miles to find someone to pull me out of some place I should not have gone into alone, I haven't really done much...

So, I'd really like the chance to go out with a couple people to some places that would be fun, but not put me into a position where I'm likely to break my junk....at least not yet.

Hey Cheese, was wondering the same as well.
Airwicka suggested getting the backroads map book and check out the FSR roads.
On Friday I went up to Stave for the first time.
The road up past the dam is pretty potholy for my stock ol beater, but still dam fun. crossed the creek up there and didnt venture to far, being by myself.
Sylvester Rd. up to Davis Lake was cool on Sunday but when I got up there all I could here were these guys down at Stave and wish I'd gone on that side. lol
A good day overall but no where to walk the dog :(
Whatcha drivin?

As for Stave...I've been there a few times over the last few years....fun to watch some of the people beat the snot out of their trucks, but I often fear some drunken dummy is gonna kill me (or someone else) on that road. There's a few times I've seen some pretty stupid driving on the fsr there. So far I've been lucky enough to not have any problems though.

But if you wanna meet up and head out there some time, I'm game. just post or PM me...
