I've got a 241c, simmilar to a 208c in a '98 S10. First of all is yours auto or standard? Auto you can buy an adapter for the tcase. I had to make one for my standard. After that is done, it is possible to swap in a 44 front and rear. As per the cost, it really depends on the suspension you want (coils/leafs/coilovers etc), lift, steering and such like that. you could probably do it for a couple g's just depends on what you want in the end.
