I understand the spicer numbers 1310,1350 1410 are the size of the u-joints,
but what are the measurements/differences in these sizes. I always just made the biggest ones I have fit in my truck.
My front shaft u-joints measure 1 1/16 across the cap, and 3 9/16 wide with
the caps on. What are they?

Has anyone built or bought better articulating and or stronger drive shafts?
I already have a front cv joint, and have ground out the yokes to get a little
more travel, but I want more wheel travel and stonger components because
these are always my weak link.

if they are 1 1/16.. I belive those are 1330's.. Not to be confused with the 1330S. the S, is 1 1/8" caps

1310 = 3-1/4" cross, 1-1/6" cup
1330 = 3-5/8" cross, 1-1/16" cup
1330S (or C?) = 3-5/8" cross, 1-1/8" cup
1350 = 3-5/8" cross, 1-3/16" cup
1410 = 4"(?) cross, 1-3/16" cup

Sounds like you have 1330s... my figures aren't exact on the cross size.
