did mine laST year, go get a sealer from the tile place or homedepo, its like a paint on latex rubber, I recomend going to a good tile place to get yer suplies they can make shure you get the right thinset and grout for your aplication ( wall, in shower), mix up thinset till it has the consistancy of thick penut butter ( use cheap mixing thingy that gos on drill dont even try by hand), your thinset bag will have a gaug on the back for the thickness of trowel to use but your tile place should hook you up with the right one when you buy your thinset. Start with a level line bottom row, just higher than the tile you are useing, cut or position your first row of tile so the tops line up with your level line, the bottom row takes a while but it will make shure the others above it are level, any slop will be very noticible when the wall is done, I got a chep bookm on tileing from home depot that was realy helpfull for this stage. buy some chep spacers to keep your tiles an even leath apart, your thinset should hold them up unless you mixed it to thin, get a spray bottle with watter in it to give a quick spray to the back of the tile before instaling, it keeps them wet as the thinset sets up other wise the tile can absorbe the top wet layer of water out of the thinset like a sponge and you could get a loose tile later.Rub your grout in nice and tight, wipe the acsess off with a sponge before it dryes or you will rergret it. apply a sealer to the grout (none sanded for walls?) and clear silicon in the corners. but I realy recomend a good book, there cheep enuf and I realy dont know what I'm talking about, only done it once, but mine turned out ok. good luck..

But did you use the bathroom jip rock? it's blue and stops the moisture from getting behind the walls and causeing mold. If you havn't rip it out and install it not very diffacult at all (ok for you it might take a couple months[f])

:D

GREEN board is NOT water proof, its basicaly drywall, but its treated to "resist" moisture, mould, etc.. Dens shield is if ya want water proof. Use an tile adhesive for walls, mortar for floors. I dfid mine last year. Got all my info on the internet. Oh, if you replaced the tub, you should fill it up 1/3 with water, then spray foam under it.
My 3 cents.. :dontknow:
