Well i got a 10.25" semi-floater, i just did the outer pinion bearing and seal and its still leaking. I'm guessing that the inside seal is worn out? How big of a job is it to get the pinion out? So i can do the inner seal and bearing. Either that or i'm just gonna keep my eyes open for a Full floater.

There is no inner pinion seal if you have done a pinion seal correctly and it is still leaking then either the pinion yoke is grooved/damaged on the seal surface or the housing is damaged where the seal is installed. Did you clean and RTV the splines on the pinion yoke?

get a "speedy sleeve" for the axle. Its a thin steel sleeve that goes over the axle to cover grooves worn in the axle. Clean the axle & sleeve with cleaner & Locktite it on.
